Our Riverside Facility

Avery Garden is a beautifully decorated, upscale residential senior care home that was built in 2022. On the interior, our residents enjoy a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with an oversized center island. When you enter the home the beautiful foyer displays generous space that encourages family and friends to embrace conversation, laughter, and cherished times. Our dining room boasts a large gathering table where home cooked meals are served, games are played, and memories are made. We have five bedrooms, three bathrooms and offer both private and semi-private suites. While our suites come furnished, our residents are welcome to make them their own. On the exterior, residents can relax in a built-in, enclosed patio that includes casual seating and dining. Enjoy the beauty of our professionally landscaped yard that includes a variety of plants. A concrete pathway surrounds the back of our home and block walls provide security.
